Scandinavian Adventure

12 days on the Baltic Sea ~ 7 Countries!

June 10 - 22, 2007

Come and explore the Scandinavian countries and Baltic Sea with your classmates, friends and anyone else that wants to join us. Those who went to Alaska had so much fun they wanted to do it again and the majority chose this destination and recommended this itinerary. Join us in the Land of the Midnight Sun for a fun-filled summer adventure—an adventure of a lifetime!

Our 12-day itinerary takes us round-trip from the port of Dover (London), England. Along the way we’ll transit the Kiel Canal, visit Germany’s coast with the opportunity to go to Berlin; stop at old-world Estonia with its Medieval atmosphere; have two full days in St. Petersburg, Russia, full of history and home to the Hermitage Museum, magnificent palaces and Russian architecture; then on to more modern Helsinki, Finland, known for its Rock Church; enjoy a day in beautiful Stockholm, Sweden, capital of Scandinavia and one of the world’s most beautiful cities spread out over fourteen islands; then cruise the Swedish Archipelagos and on to an overnight in enchanting Copenhagen, Denmark, home of Tivoli Gardens, author Hans Christian Anderson and “The Little Mermaid.” All this as well as three days at sea! A variety of optional shore excursions await you in each port—more about that later.

We sail June 10th, 2007 on Norwegian Cruise Lines’ beautiful ms Dream. This modern ship carries 1,748 passengers with bountiful amenities—elegant freestyle dining, indoor/outdoor buffet restaurant, entertainment theater, fitness center and spa, beauty salon, hot tubs and pools, volleyball/basketball courts, multiple lounges, movie theater, library, boutiques, casino and an Internet café as well as quiet, private spots to read a book or take a nap. The large panoramic Observation Lounge on the 12th deck will become our “Crow’s Nest” gathering spot.
